We sell to everyone. As a family owned business, we feel it is important to sell to the community as well as a company. Therefore we do not require a minimum purchase.
Chemical & Physical Certifications
Most of our fasteners are traceable by lot number. Chemical and physical certifications are available at additional cost only for fasteners covered by the Fastener Quality Act. Certifications must be requested at the time of order.

Thefastenerstop.com does not ship outside of the United States. Both the bill to and the ship to address must be in the USA. Should you plan to export any goods, you agree that you shall comply with all export and import control laws and regulations.

Order Filling & Backorders
Most of the items listed are available same day. However, if they are temporarily out of stock, during checkout you’ll have the chance to tell us how to fill your order.
- Ship items in stock – do not backorder out of stock items
- We will ship everything that is in stock. All items not in stock will not be shipped and your credit card will only be charged for items shipped.
- Ship items in stock – backorder out of stock items (extra shipping will apply)
- We will ship everything that is in stock and backorder other items. Your credit card will be charged each time an order ships and shipping charges apply each time.
- Ship order complete – do not ship until all items are in stock
- We will ship everything at one time. There is a chance this will delay your shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the order ships.
Shipping & Returns
Orders received before 11:00 am EST will ship the same day once the credit card is approved and the items are verified to be on stock. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. We are closed January 1, Memorial Day, July 4, Good Friday, Thanksgiving, the Friday after Thanksgiving, the Monday after Thanksgiving, December 24, December 25, December 31. Factory damaged or factory defective merchandise can be returned within 20 calendar days of the ship date for a full refund minus shipping charges. Items must be in the original package. Orders received before 11:00 am EST will ship the same day once the credit card is approved. Your shipment may be delayed if any item(s) is (are) temporarily out of stock. We offer flat rate shipping to commercial addresses so you are not waiting for an email regarding shipping charges.
Shipping fees are calculated before coupons and volume pricing. If “Ship items in stock now-backorder out of stock items” is selected, the total dollar volume of each shipment will calculate the shipping charges. RESIDENTAIL SHIPPING ADDS AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 PER SHIPMENT.

- $250.00 - + = free shipping ($5.00 for residential delivery)
Should an item arrive damaged or you receive an incorrect part, no restocking fees apply. However, if you must return an item there is a 20% restocking charge based upon product cost. Coupons and discounts do not apply to the 20%. You must contact us at thenuthousefasteners.com to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number before the items can be returned. No credit will be issued if the RMA number is not referenced on the return. All items must be returned in the original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable on the original order. Buyer’s remorse requires the customer to send the items back at his/her shipping charges. Credits will not be issued until items are received and inspected.
Sales tax is charged 6% PA sales tax on all orders. Please contact us if you have a valid Sales Tax exempt permit at email@example.com
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express, and PayPal. Electronic checks are accepted. Companies can apply for open credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for the application.
All prices are in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to market fluctuations. However, unless notified, we will honor the website price for merchandise in stock.

Our photographs are designed to show you what the product looks like from the head to the base. Our supplier may substitute a part that is not identical to the photograph. Also, the images may not be dimensionally accurate, meaning we used one size for all hex head cap screws, but you will be sent the size ordered.
Contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org for a RMA. All mistakes must be returned within 20 business days and in the original package. We will correct the error promptly.
